River to Reef Episodes
Queensland Series
Episode 100 - Rockhampton:
Join the team in Queensland as we start our South Coast Tour in Rockhampton. Hodgie takes us into the deep with Shane from Furuno & Keeta attends the local rodeo.
Episode 101 - Gladstone:
Heading south to Gladstone, Hodgie takes us fishing near the banks while Keeta has a wander through town & checks out some of the local shops and attractions.
Episode 102 - Town of 1770:
Be blown away by the magic that is 1770. Hodgie & Nathan take Keeta off shore to catch her first big fish. Watch as they find the mother load! The guys also go sand boarding..
Episode 103 - Town of 1770:
With so much fishing action at 1770, we had to make two episodes. Be entertained as Hodgie, Nathan & Keeta keep reeling in Tuna, Trout and much more!
Episode 104 - Bundaberg & Hervey Bay:
A short stop in Bundaberg as Hodgie tries his luck fishing the Sugar Wharf pylons, then its off to Hervey Bay where he battles the elements of the deep blue.
Episode 105 - Noosa:
Welcome to the Sunshine Coast! Hodgie has a great day fishing, catching a good esky full of fish. Keeta visits the Eumundi markets and some of the famous look outs around Noosa.
Episode 106 - Mooloolaba:
Hodgie & Rhys have a great day fishing catching some Amber Jack amongst other fish while Keeta visits UnderWater World and the famous Ettamogah Pub.
Episode 107 - Brisbane:
Richard & Steve do a thorough boat & trailer check before taking Keeta fishing in Moreton bay. Unfortunately not much luck with the fishing but they provide plenty of handy tips. Keeta also gets onboard the City Cat to check out Brisbane City.
Episode 108 - Gold Coast:
Richard & Steve head offshore about 15km from Surfers Paradise before the weather forces them to come in a little closer so they try their luck at the top end of the Broadwater where they get some flathead. Keeta gets a birds eye view of the Gold Coast when she takes a ride in the helicopter.
Episode 109 - Western Port Bay:
Richard & Steve have quite a successful day out fishing catching some King George Whiting and Keeta shows us around Phillip Island.
Episode 110 - Port Phillip Bay:
Richard & Steve have an early start in Port Phillip Bay catching some squid for bait and some Australian salmon. Shane shows us some naviagation features for your boat and Keeta checks out Sorrento.
Episode 111 - River To Reef boat & Gear:
Theo gives some great maintenance tips on checking your outboard engine and trailer wheel bearings. Peter Cleland from Barcrusher shows us the Barcrusher boat, suzuki outboard engine and Easytow trailer and Paul from Icom gives us the low down on VHF two way radios.
Episode 112 - Series highlights:
This final episode in this series highlights the fantastic boating and fishing spots that we visited.
Tasmania Series
Episode 113 - Burnie & Stanley :
David and Theo get some local fishing knowledge before heading to Stanley then onto Smithton where they catch flathead and Salmon while Keeta discovers Burnie and surrounds.
Episode 114 - Arthur River:
The boys arrive at Arthur River in Tasmania's far North West in search of big brown trout. Keeta checks out the Woolnorth wind farm and end up at the edge of the world.
Episode 115 - St Helens part 1:
David and Jamie head off-shore after Tasmanian striped trumpeter and get what they were looking for plus a few surprises and Keeta drops into the pub in a paddock to meet some beer drinking pigs.
Episode 116 - St Helens part 2:
This week David and Jamie take on Georges bay in the quest for 10 different species in a day while Keeta looks at a unique Anzac memorial and visits a town famous for topiary..
Episode 117 - Scamander:
David hooks up with Paul a local bream expert on the Scamander river just South of St Helens.
Episode 118 - Coles Bay:
We catch up with Grant at Coles Bay and have a Whale encounter that will rmain with us forever.
Episode 119 - Triabunna:
David can't help himself when he stops at picturest Tiabunna on his way to Hobart. He just has to go fishing and thats that. Keeta takes the tour at Boags Brewery with a little cheese and beer tasting thrown in for good measure.
